Our Being

“For in him we live and move and exist…we are his offspring.”
Acts 17:28 (NLT)

Have you ever wondered where God is when you need him most? Or what it means to live and move in God, even exist!

To what shall I liken him? How about thinking of him as the air that surrounds you and sustains your life. After all, we learn that God is omnipresent—he fills the whole universe (even multiverses, as some proclaim). He exists inside and outside of time, all at the same time, and knows exactly what is going on with you and the world, down to the finest details.

As God is very close to us all already, why not pray to him who is our Father? Ask to get to know our Father, and his son, Jesus. His Holy Spirit will be ever listening to help you—give him a chance. There is everything to gain and no one will be lost trusting him.

Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit, help me to know you better. Thank you.
Amen (So be it.)
